I am a London-based super prime residential advisor, specialising in the sale and acquisition of homes from £10 million upwards. My career began in 2015 at Knight Frank as an admin assistant, and within five years I was made Partner - an experience that taught me both the discipline of hard work and the rewards of building meaningful relationships. In 2023, I joined DDRE Global and launched my own team - The Jessica Bishop Team – where we focus on delivering exceptional results for both buyers and sellers.
Over the years, I’ve built a reputation for combining deep market knowledge with intelligent negotiation and strategy, always underpinned by optimism and energy. Many of my deals are secured off-market, connecting clients to opportunities that very few ever get to see. My network spans London and across the globe, and I work closely with families, entrepreneurs, and investors to navigate complex transactions with creativity and discretion.

To date, I’ve transacted over $1 billion of real estate, and my team currently represents more than £250 million in instructions. At the heart of what we do is trust, transparency, and building relationships that last. I am often called the “Super Prime Queen” - a reflection not only of my focus on London’s most competitive markets, but also of the personality, warmth and drive I bring to every interaction.
I chose to build my team because I believe that what makes a great advisor today looks very different from ten years ago. Success isn’t just about market knowledge - it’s about having a broad understanding of the world, ease with people, and a deep sense of empathy. These are qualities I’ve looked for in my team, and I am proud that we bring together diverse backgrounds in Classics, psychology, business, and marketing.
Beyond real estate, I am passionate about female entrepreneurship and the power of building your own path. I co-host The SheEO Show podcast, where we explore everyday stories of how women lead, adapt, and strive to be the SheEO of their own lives. I also mentor a number of young women, and for the last three years I have run an internship programme to help aspiring women enter the real estate industry.
